As part of a creative pitch for Tangerine Confectionery UK, we proposed a number of concepts for refreshing the Wham brand. 

As an iconic British brand, Wham achieved cult status over the 25 years since it's introduction in the 1980's and is now regarded as one of the nation's favourite chew bars.

Our challenge was to tap into the 80's themed, whacky and uplifting personality whilst also remaining relevant to a modern consumer market.

Nostalgia plays a great part in the success of the brand so any new designs needed to resonate with adults and children alike.

We proposed three concepts that range from a minimal refresh to a modern revamp. We retained the use of the bright primary colour palette and ensured that the Wham identity remains at the heart of the design.
