‘Don’t think insurance, think Saffron’: A campaign to break down perceptions of traditional insurance companies as hard faced businesses who care little for their customers. We placed emphasis on the personal, pleasurable experience of buying insurance from Saffron, illustrated by their high customer retention rates.

Our work has helped create a clear point of difference in the marketplace for Saffron, whilst achieving it’s goal of becoming the leading insurance provider in East Anglia.
